What Lula Bid does

Lula Bid is a preparation workspace for South African public-sector bids. It extracts a company profile, matches official notices, and helps a team assemble returnables. It does not submit bids to organs of state. You remain responsible for the company profile, pricing, returnables, and the pack you file.

A match is not a recommendation to bid. Always read the issued invitation. Official notice text comes from public sources, including National Treasury OCDS, and can change after we index it.

Packages and payment

Discover, Prepare, and Bid are monthly packages. The price shown on the site is the amount PayFast charges to the credit card. VAT is not added. PayFast recurring billing is card-only.

A new workspace includes a 30-day trial of the package the owner chooses. The package tools close when the trial ends unless the owner subscribes in Settings. PayFast takes the first monthly amount, and the same amount repeats each month until the subscription is cancelled. Switching to another package charges that package’s monthly price. The previous monthly charge stops after the new payment succeeds. A workspace can share a referral link. When a new company starts from that link and then subscribes, the referring workspace receives 20% off one monthly charge. The following month returns to the package price. Further paid referrals each discount a later month.

Package limits apply to preparation work, team seats, proposal drafts, and pack export. Paying for a package does not add features that package does not include.

Cancellation

The owner cancels monthly billing from Settings. Cancellation stops future card charges and closes the package until they subscribe again. It does not delete the workspace or the files already stored in it. Card details stay with PayFast. Lula Bid does not store the card number.

Accounts

Each person sees only the workspaces on their account. The owner invites teammates by name and email. An invited person gets access when they sign in, or when they create an account with that email. Sessions end after 8 hours without activity.
